The 1st Electrode at Our New Facility

move, cortec, first electrode, produktion, manufacturing, implant

In the summer of 2018, CorTec took a big step into the future and moved to its own premises with its own production facility.

After the relocation of the office workplaces was completed by August, we still had the biggest task ahead of us: the commissioning of the clean room.

By the end of the year, everyday life had already begun on the office premises, while our production employees were still in the process of moving. At the end of 2018, we made it: the first electrode could be completely manufactured in the new production facility!

Since then, we have been making great strides. The new laser is adjusted piece by piece to our production processes. We can already serve our research customers from here. We are now working with high pressure to relocate all processes for the production of human products and validate them in the new production environment.
